CPM Ireland – the longest established, leading field sales company in Ireland, is delighted to announce its outstanding achievement of winning the “International Agency of the Year” at the highly competitive FMBE awards (Field Marketing & Brand Experience) in London, beating competition in Ireland and across Europe.
This accolade is recognition of CPM’s unwavering commitment to investing in people and technology to drive sales for their clients. This award recognises CPM’s innovative, agile and insights-driven approach and delivering the optimum results for their clients.
In addition to International Agency of the Year, CPM picked up two additional Gold accolades at the FMBE Awards - ‘Campaign of the Year’ and ‘Most Effective In-Store Marketing’.

The Challenge
In 2024, DIAGEO asked CPM Ireland to help them boost sales and enhance brand engagement for Guinness during the Rugby Six Nations tournament. The campaign focused on promoting key Guinness SKUs through engaging in-store activations that resonated with consumers and encouraged conversations. Key challenges included seasonal sales dips, YOY improvement, retailer expectations and more.
The Solution
To overcome the challenges, the CPM Ireland team implemented a 360-degree approach that leveraged every touchpoint, representative, retailer and consumer to create a fully integrated campaign.
The Results
The campaign delivered outstanding results, from achieving a major uplift in sales & consumer engagement to increased share of space and significant uplift in digital redemptions.
